IVF Team Canada Program – Recruiting to take the BEST team to World Sprints in Tahiti in 2018! The FCRCC is developing a new V6 program that will see superior coaching with the goal of sending the best team possible to the next World sprints being held in Tahiti in 2018.  Target group:   Competitive paddlers from any club, male or female, who want to compete at the IVF World Championships in V6 in Open and Junior categories.  Program cost:  $350 per person, non refundable, for the duration of  April 2017 to October  2017.  A $200 discount to be applied to full FCRCC members.

 Coach:  Don Irvine

Coach Don Irvine is an Flatwater Olympian who has a vast amount of experience in all disciplines of paddling, both as a paddler and as a coach. His OC sprint accolades include having the highest place finish of any Canadian male ever in V1 open, coming in second place. Don has raced and medaled, in different seats in V6 at World Sprints, including Steering, so he can coach every seat effectively. Don  is also  a big  supporter of DB and Flatwater. If you are someone who is wants to compete at the highest level of v6 sprint paddling this is a great opportunity.
