Adult Flatwater SBC
Flatwater SBC's for intermedate & novice level adults are being held over the summer of 2010.
Classes are once a week for 4 weeks, with a new session starting approximately once a month.

Intermediate Level

For those who are stable enough in a K1 or C1 that they can work on technique and speed
- Class may take place out in the main body of False Creek
- Coach: Sean McBeath
- Next session: Monday nights at 6:00 PM – July 26th, (no class August 2nd), August 9th, 16th, 23rd
Novice Level
- For those new to K1
- Class will take place in Alder Bay
- Coach: Kiran Basra
- Next session:
- Tuesday nights at 6:30 PM – August 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th
- Thursday nights at 6:30 PM – August 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
Cost
$20 for each set of 4 sessions for full FCRCC members, $40 for non-members.
Note that any session may be canceled, if there is insufficient interest.
