How to Join

  1. Register your team by completing the on line registration formThis must be done before your first practice. Please review the online db-team-agreement-october-2016-pdf.
  2. Be sure to request practices timeslot(s);  A team which has a current Agreement has priority on their current slot(s) until December 1st; after that, all slots are free, and will be alloted to whomever reserves or registers for it first. Available practice slots can be found by looking at the Dragon Boat practice schedule. Slot reservations may be made starting October 26th; by completing the on line Registration form and a paying a deposit.
  3. Prior to your first practice, submit team member waivers and a deposit of 50% of the appropriate DB team fee, and your current Roster, at the Club office during normal hours.
  4. The final Team Roster is due on March 8th if it has not already been submitted.  The balance of your team fees are due by March 15th.  If you are registering after March 15th, the full fee and current Roster are due before your first practice.
  5. Signed Individual Membership Forms for each team member (including Coach, Steersperson and Callers) who is not an FCRCC Individual Member, must be submitted before they get in a boat or use any Club equipment.   For paddlers under the age of 19, complete the Informed Consent. 
  6. Coach boat requests should be made on line at the time of Registration.  The person driving the Coach Boat must submit a copy of their Small Boat Operating licence to the FCRCC office prior to using the coach boat.  Individuals requesting the use of the new coach boat must contact the Equipment representative for further information and orientation.  There is limited access to the new coach boat.
  7. If you wish to update your information on the on line registration system you can do this by going to the link and selecting the Online account button at the bottom of the page.  If you need to change the main contact person or their email, please contact the FCRCC office for assistance.
