Logging into the Web Site

Most sections of this web site are accessible by anyone.

However, one section – containing some pages meant only for FCRCC Members – is accesible only to Members.

You need a User ID and a password to log in to that section.

To find those:

  • Check in your e-mail records for a message from webmaster@fcrcc.com.
    • A message containing your ID and an initial password is sent to the e-mail address you give us on the Individual Membership form; for Dragon Boat teams, IDs and passwords are sent to the names in the Contacts section.  Note that the message is only sent when you first join, not when you renew in subsequent years.
    • You can request that your password be changed (but only after logging in with the current password, on a page which you can go to using the link in the My FCRCC box).  There's an option while doing that to have your ID & the new password sent to you; so look for that message, if you ever did do such a change.
  • If you've forgotten your ID, it's typically the first letter of your first name, plus your last name; e.g., "gpaddler" for "Great Paddler".
  • If you've lost your password, but have not changed your e-mail address since you last gave it to us, you can use the Forgot Password link in the Login box (upper right of the home page) to get a new one.  Follow the instructions carefully!
  • If all else fails, send a message to Admin@fcrcc.com or Communications@fcrcc.com.  We can look up your ID and send it to you.
    • We can't look at your password, however.  So if you've lost that, we'll reset your account, which will generate a new, random password, and send a message to you with that & your ID.
  • If you try to log in too many times in a row with the wrong password, you will be blocked – even if you later try using the correct password.  The block should clear automatically in a couple of hours – but if it does not, send a message to Admin@fcrcc.com or Communications@fcrcc.com and we'll reset it for you.

Getting Club E-mail

If you're not getting messages sent to the Club and/or Dragonboat Teams lists, or you try to reset your password using the Forgot Password link but nothing happens, it may be that we don't have your correct, or current, e-mail address.

In that case, please send a message to Admin@fcrcc.com or Communications@fcrcc.com, with your correct address.
