Multiple-boat or Time-slot Reservations

The following policy is for multiple-boat and/or time-slot reservations, for Programs' Time Trials, and for SBCs & other courses offered by FCRCC.

1. All reservations are to be made through the Office Administrator, after first being approved by the Club Development Coordinator.

2. Reservations must be made in November or December for the following year.  Requests received after this time will be considered if there is a reasonable explanation and as scheduling allows.

3. Requests must be received at least 4 weeks in advance.

4. Programs are encouraged to combine Time Trial dates.

5. Time Trial reservations in Prime Time:

   1. Each Program may have only one TT reservation per year in weekend prime time - which is 9:30 AM to Noon on Saturday or Sunday (9 AM to Noon in the warmer months).  Staurday prime time is the preferred choice; Sunday may be used only in special circumstances.

   2. All other weekend TT reservations must be outside prime time - they must be either Sunrise to 9:30 AM (9 AM in warmer months) , or after Noon.

   3. No weekday prime time TT reservations are allowed - Monday through Thursday, 6 PM to Sunset.

   4. The Executive may grant exemtions in special circumstances (e.g., a Time Trial during a National Training Camp).  Please submit a request for such an exemption no later than the beginning of the month preceeding your special event.

6. Either all C-Lions or all Surfriggers may be reserved, or a half & half mix - but not all of both.

7. The number of boats needed & the reserved timespan may be estimated within reason at the time of booking, but must be more tightly defined at least 2 weeks in advance of the date of the reservation (exact time period and number of boats needed).

8. Reservations will not be accepted for make-up Time Trials.

9. The Club's standard 10 Minute Rule applies to all boats reserved for a TT or other multi-boat use.
