The following policy is for multiple-boat and/or time-slot reservations, for Time Trials and SBC & other courses.

All bookings to be made through Lauren Marchak at programs@fcrcc.com.

Bookings must be made in November or December for the following year. Requests received after this time will be considered if there is a reasonable explanation and as scheduling allows.

Requests must be received at least 4 weeks in advance.

Programs are encouraged to combine Time Trial dates (e.g. Men's and Women's Outrigger programs in one combined session).

No bookings will be allowed during prime time usage - Monday to Thursday evenings.

The number of boats and reserved time needed may be estimated within reason at the time of booking, but must be more tightly defined 2 weeks in advance of the date of the reservation (exact time period and number of boats needed).

Bookings will not be accepted for make-up Time Trials.
