Individual Membership

1. Download and print out the individual membership form.
2. Fill out the form and sign the waiver section.  Note if you are under 19 years of age signiture of a parent or legal guardian is needed.
3. Bring the form with a cheque (payable to "FCRCC") for the appropriate membership type to the club office during office hours (see Office Hours section on the home page).
4. Review the club orientation information.

Dragon Boat Team Membership

Registration opens in October for the following year's practice slots. You may register your team at any time but the prime practice slots fill up quickly.

1. To reserve your practice slot(s), fill out the Dragon Boat Team Registration Form and submit along with a deposit of 50% of the appropriate DB team fee.
2. The remaining 50% is due by March 15 along with your team roster and individual waivers signed by each team member including steers, callers, and coach (if not an FCRCC member).

Can't Make Office Hours

If you are unable to make it to the club during office hours, please either:

1. leave an envelope addressed to the club at the front desk of the Community Centre or

2. mail your form and cheque to the club's address.

and send an email to the Office Administrator to notify us you have submitted your registration. We will then make arrangements to deliver your key(s).
