Individual Membership
- Download and print out the individual membership form.
- Fill out the form and sign the waiver section. Note: if you are under 19 years of age, the signature of a parent or legal guardian is needed.
- Bring the form with a cheque (payable to "FCRCC") for the appropriate membership type to the club office during normal hours (see Office Hours section on the home page).
- Review the club orientation information.
Dragon Boat Team Membership
Registration opens in October for the following year's practice slots. You may register your team at any time (the prime practice slots fill up quickly!).
- To reserve your practice slot(s), please read the Dragon Boat Membership Policy, then fill out the Dragon Boat Team Registration form and submit it, along with a deposit of 50% of the appropriate DB team fee, at the club office during normal hours (note: there are also usually special "sign-up" nights, at the start of each new DB paddling season).
- The remaining 50% is due by March 15th, along with your team roster and individual waivers signed by each team member - including steers, callers, and coach (if not an FCRCC member).

Can't Make Office Hours?
If you are unable to make it to the club during office hours, please either:
- leave an envelope, containing your form & payment cheque, addressed to the club at the front desk of the Community Centre
or
- mail your form and payment cheque to the club's address.
Please send an email to the Office Administrator to notify us you have submitted your registration. We will make arrangements with you to deliver your key(s).
