• Where: Creekside Park, East end of False Creek by Science World
• Race management by FCRCC's High Performance DB Program
• Race distance: 200 & 500 metres, new race course - see below
• 4 races per mixed Team:
  • 2 x 200 m, 2 x 500 m
  • Heat & Final at each distance

  • Standings & advancements based on points
